Asleep between the Taro Valley's mountains, there where Emilia, Tuscany and Liguria cross each other, Borgo Casale is an old 15° century settlment, once houses of peasant families and layover point for wayfarer.
Like in the past, nowadays Borgo Casale welcomes all those who want to leave the stressful everyday life behind, to get lost in a more natural dimension.
A breath of history through the paths and the archways the surrounding nature, the ancient stones welcome you and your senses become reborn.
The restaurant hall is named Casimiro, to pay homage to the last inhabitant of the village, who's home was here till 30 years ago.
